An EXPERIENTIAL AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT STUDIO

The Advisory Labs was born out of the struggle for businesses, and their stories, to break away from caution. To be told genuinely. To be experienced as they are. Filled with every sense, not only through imagery, but heard, touched, smelled and, at times, tasted. Out of the haze of Covid, connection became more difficult for all of us. Solving for the challenge needed to be direct, between people and experiences. We knew data and insights would be the centerpiece to accelerate critical decisions. Combining them together would bring the trust and connection people were craving.

The most important step in our development was the last: that is, the best way to solve challenges is to be inside of them. To understand, to create, design and operate. So, we made the decision to start up two others the owners were deeply passionate about: Adventure Explorations, an adventure-based outfitter and TeamBuilding company serving the area from DC to Boston. Second, Vintage Classic Instruments, operating from Nashville, provides a boutique atelier retail experience for players and collectors of custom and vintage guitars. We weren’t seeking dozens of clients as we intended to remain private, not repeating past mistakes, with a small number of clients. We saw the benefits early on for clients to work with peers who were not only experts but leaders who were working inside organizations with similar challenges.

Founder/CEO/Investor

Chris, Co-founder and Co-CEO of PMX Agency (now Assembly) a top-tier global performance marketing agency, brings a mix of practical, leadership, and operational skills as a guide and business leader of The Advisory Labs. With teaching, psychology, and degrees in Speech Pathology and Audiology, he is able to coach teams with a particular emphasis on listening, self-discovery, and leadership. With a long tenure starting and operating businesses of scale, Chris specializes in development and marketing of brands, businesses, personalities, and ideas. Advisory work for executive teams and investors is where he focus his professional life but always make room for coaching and investing in entrepreneur's ideas.

Zac Delvecchio

Web Development/Marketing/Analytics & Branding

With a deep background within music, technology and marketing, Zac has blended the world of entrepreneurialism and art to develop his own style of design and creation. As a co-founder of several businesses, Zac has a deep knowledge of development, creation, marketing and technical solutions. Coupled with his abilities for analysis Zac tailors' custom solutions around the specific needs of each product from a data and creative perspective.

Cody Meassick

Visual Design/Project Management

Cody brings a mix of creativity, problem solving, graphic design and logistics to the Advisory Labs Team. His design background, coupled with his understanding of people has allowed Cody the unique ability to execute content experiences from a position of both design and function.

Cody has continued to train in digital media by becoming proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, and Premier Pro applications. In addition to the content creation Cody also is also responsible for customer relationship management, technology integration, web-design as well as data analysis.
